This functional art piece was inspired by the ability to connect different types of wood into modern and at the same time classical approach. The first hollow body Lava Drop instrument is a temple of tonal and visual characteristics. Letting each inch on this guitar live for it’s purpose.

This instrument is crafted using 5 different types of wood. The guitar body has a neck-trough construction crafted from European Maple, Padauk and Sapele wood. The fingerboard is made from hand selected Pau Ferro piece – 25,5 inch scale and 24 frets. The Guitar top is book-matched from Burl Poplar with one of a kind flames inside this elegant nature gift. The other side of the headstock is also covered with the bended Burl Poplar. Custom made Ezi pickups covers handcrafted from Wenge wood. These pickups are one of the most precise sounding pickups. Each humbucker has a split function with many tone possibilities and without unnecessary feedback while playing. All this seamless Drop is rounded with Padauk wood binding making it one of the most exclusive Lava Drops builds.
